Started in 1978 with the opening of a wholesale and retail chemist called Faiz Pharmacy by Shk. Mustafa Mohamedali a professional business consultant & accountant along with his brother Dr Hatim Fazalabbas a pharmacist qualified from England.

In 1997 , a new force of Dr Murtaza Mohamedali son of Skh. Mustafa, qualified from University of Nottingham joined the empire and expanded with the opening of SHIFA CHEM in 2000 to be rated as Kenya's No. 1 Pharmacy.

Dr Murtaza has got extensive experience from working in pharmacies and hospitals across England & Australia. Using his extensive Clinical, Pharmaceutical Knowledge marketing merchandising and customer service skills provides customers guaranteed cost effective quality products and services.
